NZEB & BIM – New reality!

NZEB and BIM – New reality! Conference will be held in hotel Academica in Zagreb (Croatia), 19th of March 2019, 9 am.

Nearly-Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) and related EU regulations are incorporated into Croatian legislation. The main question is how can NZEB become reality? It is well known that BIM (Building Information Modelling) has become standard in the world where its methodology relies on an intelligent, data model as the base for design, simulation, and collaboration across the all phases of the project. The main topic of the conference is achieving NZEB with use of the BIM technology.

Keynote speaker is Matt Grocoff, one of the most prominent American advocates in the field of environmental protection, green and sustainable construction, writer, developer and the founding principal of the THRIVE Collaborative.

The conference is intended for architects, designers, investors, energy efficiency specialists, developers, engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, materials and equipment manufacturers, property owners, bankers, energy companies representatives, city and public sector representatives, building managers, representatives of academic and others.
