Piloting in Spain

Fundació CIP-UPC will pilot three Learning Units for students of the MER – Digital Building for 3D Modelling and Construction Master’s Degree.  

The pilot Learning Units encompass LU6 – BIM Uses during construction, LU9 – Building energy modelling design and export, and LU12 – BIM in Facility Management Software (CMMS). 

The courses will take place between June and July 2021. They will allow to test and validated the material content created by the BIMzeED project. Students who already have some bases for each of the Learning Units will be required to provide a feedback on the course taken. 

The different LUs have an extension of knowledge that will allow students to establish and also expand their BIM skills applied to the construction phase, export BIM models to BEM software and the integration of BIM methodology with facility management software.
