Second National Steering Group Meeting held in Croatia

On March 31st, 2020, organized by the University of Zagreb Faculty of Civil Engineering, a virtual second meeting of the National Steering Group (NSG) was held as part of the BIMzeED project. Given the current health situation and the security measures, the meeting was held online with the agreement of the project partners. The meeting brought together 24 NSG members.

The BIMzeED project plans to develop 12 learning units with the main goal of using BIM technology to upgrade skills for building near-zero energy buildings (nZEB). As part of the meeting, results of work package 2, through which the mapping and quantification of the current state of competences in the field of BIM and nZEB, were presented. Learning units are also briefly described. As part of the meeting, a questionnaire (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BIMzeEDLU) was presented for NSG representatives to evaluate and comment developed learning units.

The NSG (established in each project partner country) will act as an associate partner of the project and thus contribute significantly to the quality of the project results and, at the same time, strengthen co-operation among stakeholders.

NSG members commended the work and results of the project so far. Also, some NSG members are interested in the education as a trainer, which is efficacy for the overall project.
