Full name of stakeholder Name of the organisation or company the stakeholder is working for Summary of the activities of the organisation or company the stakeholder is working for Location of organisation or company Telephone number and e-mail address of stakeholder Homepage of the organisation or company the stakeholder is working with Languages the stakeholder speaks Any additional remarks the stakeholder wants to provide

Who is collecting it?

Data is collected by people working for project partners and related sub-partners of the EU Erasmus + Project “BIMzeED”.

How is it collected?

Data is collected by by people working for one of the project partners or sub-partners of the EU Erasmus + Project “BIMzeED” in communication with stakeholders.

How is it being stored?

Data may be stored as Excel files by project partners, sub-partners and associated students on external or internal drives, servers and networks of the organisations and cloud-based online systems with protected access.

Why is it being collected?

Data is collected in order to compile a list with stakeholder contacts to make them aware of the resources and training workshops which will be made available through the project.

How will it be used?

Data will be used for contacting stakeholders for possible involvement in the training aspects of the BIMzeED project

Who will it be shared with?

Data will be shared with project partners and sub-partners of the BIMzeED Project as well as students involved in the research work of the project partners and sub-partners.

What will be the effect of this on the individuals concerned?

Individuals may be contacted by people working for the the projects partners or sub-partners and students involved in the research work.
